Awalago is never to be held responsible for incorrect, inactive, deleted or non updated contact information by you. When in the Future you do end up meeting the general requirements held by Awalago you will be able to get your account back on www.awalago.com. Such instances could include but are not only limited to having your account retrieved when turning 18 years of age and having that account previously be deactivated upon being 17 years of age. This includes Awalago’s ability to provide personal information and connectivity data such as an IP address to the above-mentioned officials and other third parties.

When Awalago receives notice and proper legal documentation of a violation within this agreement by someone selling, sharing, copying, reproducing, licensing, or adjusting any of the provided content and information made available on www.awalago.com we will remove and disable access to all allegedly infringing material.

Any payments that are made before this 30 day period upon www.awalago.com shutting down forever will not be recovered and or returned to you unless stated differently by your local laws and regulations. Awalago will always state prior notice if www.awalago.com is to be entirely terminated and removed.

Some larger updates, revisions and general programming may include several days of downtime. Awalago is never to be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by inability to access www.awalago.com.
